Thanksgiving Service
In October each year, at the time of the Bethany Home anniversary, we hold a Thanksgiving Service at Bethany Lutheran Church. Through song, prayer and fellowship we thank God for providing for us and protecting us through another year. We celebrate the existence of Bethany Home and all who are part of our community - our staff, students, trainees, and volunteers. We ask God to continue providing for us and equipping us to serve.
The Thanksgiving Service is usually attended by the Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Malaysia, people from our surrounding community, members of Bethany Lutheran Church and members of the Bethany Home community. Following the service we share a community dinner.
