Academic Classes
There are currently 6 classes aimed at differing levels of learning and age. The classes teach the basic skills which include reading and writing in Malay and English, and Mathematics. However the difference between Bethany Home and mainstream schools is the primary aim of these classes is to teach functional skills, for example, writing their own name, home address or phone number. There is a variety of learning that occurs in these classes to cover thinking skills, language and communication skills, social and emotional development.
